COLOUR INSPIRATION
The predominantly blue and yellow colour schemes of both the poster and the video were inspired by the nine most popular images of 2018 on my Instagram feed. Blue represents calm, stability and reflection — yellow, passion, energy and optimism.
VIDEO
Words beginning with "re" often represent the thematics of renewal — refresh, redesign, reboot . . . Coupled with imagery of water, without which life would not exist, and faces representing the diversity of the human race, the animation attempts to convey a sense that moving forward in one's personal and work life is all about reenergizing and constant reassessment.
